Singapore based dry bulk carrier operator DCC Bulk Transport is in the process of liquidation. Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulating Authority lists DCC Bulk Transport as in liquidation. DCC Bulk Transport is also listed as the subject of a compulsory winding up insolvency process.

DCC Bulk Transport is the commercial management arm of the Greek Halkias Group. DCC Bulk Transport was established by Constantino Halkias, CEO of Meandros Lines and Westgate Tankships.

Singapore based dry bulk carrier operator DCC Bulk Transport began its operation in 2016 with six (6) chartered-in dry bulk carriers and in 2017 increased its fleet to 18 dry bulk carriers after a tie-up with a major European pension fund.

DCC Bulk Transport signed up COA (Contracts of Affreightment) and forward cargo contracts with large alumina, fertilizer, and cement firms when it established.
