Athens based shipowner and operator Transmed Shipping acquired a second kamsarmax dry bulk carrier from Noble Group. Transmed Shipping bought 2015 built kamsarmax dry bulk carrier  81K DWT MV Ocean Forte for around $24 million. Singapore based Noble Group will book a profit of $300,000. In 2018, commodity trader Noble Group sold 3 kamsarmax dry bulk carriers. In March 2018, Transmed Shipping bought 2015 built kamsarmax dry bulk carrier 81K DWT MV Ocean Vision for $24 million from Noble Group. Noble Group will have a fleet of 15 owned bulk carriers.

Greek shipowner and operator Transmed Shipping acquired 2015 built kamsarmax dry bulk carrier 81K DWT MV Ocean Vision from Singapore-listed Noble Group for $23.8 million. Singapore-listed Noble Group is in the midst of debt restructuring. Noble Group explained that company would secure $8.2 million in cash from the deal after the repayment of debt. It is the second dry bulk carrier sale to Greek shipowner and operator Transmed by Noble Group. Previously, Noble Group sold 2015 kamsarmax dry bulk carrier 82K DWT MV Ocean Integrity to Primerose Shipping. MV Ocean Vision and MV Ocean Integrity were part of a wider 4 dry bulk carriers that Noble Group tried to sell at the end of 2017 but the transaction failed. Greek shipowner and operator Transmed Shipping is led by Charalambos Mylonas. Greek shipowner and operator Transmed Shipping has a fleet of 24 dry bulk carriers with an average age of 5 years. Greek shipowner and operator Transmed Shipping has 2 new-buildings on order.

Greek shipowner and operator Transmed Shipping agreed to buy 3 kamsarmax dry bulk carriers 2013 built M/V Mangan Trader I, M/V Mangan Trader II, and M/V Mangan Trader III for $16.75 million each. Athens and Cyprus based Transmed Shipping bought 3 kamsarmax dry bulk carriers from Japanese shipowner Nisshin Shipping.

Greek Transmed Shipping has bought 2008 built capesize bulk carrier 169K DWT M/V C Winner (built 2008) for about $11 million. Transmed Shipping’s current fleet consists of 19 bulkers and an average of 4 years old.
