Chinese shipbuilder Jiangsu Hantong has successfully obtained contracts for four 64K DWT ultramax bulk carriers from Norwegian shipowner and operator Spar Shipping AS. Based in Bergen, Spar Shipping AS’s agreement encompasses the execution of two options along with two new contracts, scheduled for delivery from mid-2015 to mid-2016.
